What Do Hypnosis Sessions Look Like?

Sessions will begin with a discussion about the issue and your goals for hypnosis. Once all questions are answered and you feel comfortable to proceed, the hypnosis portion of the session will begin. The session is a partnership between you and the hypnotist like dance partners engaging in a therapeutic dance, each playing an important role. You will always play an active role in the process.

How Many Sessions Will I Need to be Successful?
ou can get pain relief and the elimination of habits in 1 to 6 sessions. The amount of sessions is dependent on your issues and you. Together we will work as a team to get you what you want quickly and compassionately. Stop Smoking can be done in 1 session. Weight Loss is usually 6 sessions and up. How Long Will it Take?
Each client and the issues they bring are unique so there is no definite amount of sessions, but most issues can be resolved in 4-6 sessions. Sessions for adults are 75-90 minutes long. Sessions for children are shorter.

5 Phase Advanced Transformational Hypnotherapy is a unique step-by-step process that uses the most advanced techniques in the field of hypnosis, to allow you to make positive changes in your life that you desire. This systematic approach quickly and efficiently gets to the root of your issue(s) by following the feelings that are holding you back. It then gives you the opportunity to correct any misconceptions and release emotional energy at the source of the belief that is driving those unwanted behaviors. What is BWRT?
BWRT is an immensely powerful style of working that can often dissolve problems almost instantaneously. This is a totally modern methodology that enables the practitioner to work effectively with a great number of problems. BWRT is inspired by the research of the virtual Nobel prize winner, Benjamin Libet in 1983. He proved we don’t have free will in the way we think of it, which is why we all encounter so many “Why on earth did I do/say that?” or “Why do I have to feel like this?” moments. As a practitioner I have elected to continue with professional development and training and I am registered with the British BrainWorking Research Society. In a session I will ask you a few questions about your background and what has brought you to see me. I will not ask you to reveal any secrets or intimate details of your life. This is a private methodology in which you only have to be able to tell me how you feel and how you would like to feel instead. BWRT is a science-based totally grounded methodology that deals with uncomfortable emotional or psychological triggers before you are even aware of them. With BWRT the problem is dealt with “at source” before it even gets to the conscious mind.
